Running an Activity

The potential activities available in scouting are many and varied and this is what provides the unique experience for young people.

There are few activities that are not possible to be run as long as The Scout Associations Policy, Organisation and Rules for Activities are being followed. If you have seen or thought of an activity you want to try follow check out the A-Z of Activities to see what you if its an activity we already have guidance for and what you need to do in order to run it.

 

If it says you need a permit holder take a look at our pages on Adventurous Activities Permit Scheme. If you are unable to get your own permit, or are struggling to find a permit holder, you can use Compass to try and find and message one directly.
