Matching you with a learner
- We try and match you with an adult who will benefit from your support. The County Training Administrator will often do this with the help of a local contact, such as the DC, appointments secretary, Scout Active Support Coordinator or LTM/LTA.
- To work, the allocation is by mutual agreement and is registered with the County Training Administrator.
- It is best if someone has a training adviser from outside their group.
- Managers & supporters will not be allocated a training adviser but will benefit from a central pool of support.
- Some areas amy be short of Training Advisers and we are working in partnership with local management to identify people to support.
