The Unit supports the adult training scheme across Greater Manchester East.  Anyone who supports training may join, with membership encompassing many roles; Course Assistants, Training Advisers, Local Training Contacts, Course Leaders, Facilitators, Presenters, Training Mangers and Administrators. More about joining the team....

Training Advisers are part of the Unit and hold a County appointment as a Training Adviser. The Adults in Scouting course should be attended by new or perspective Training Advisers and those wishing to update their skills. More about training for TAs... 

The Training Adviser will support an adult working in a Section through their Wood Badge by guiding them in completing a personal learning plan, encouraging them through their learning and validating each module before finally requesting the Woodbadge from the County Training Manager.  More help and guidance for Training Advisers...
