This tool is designed to assist you with planning events. It takes an event from the initial plan through all the detail to evaluating.

We believe that thorough planning is one of the keys to safe and successful activities. This toolkit is designed to assist you in ensuring your event is successful.

The tool was designed for the County Team to use when planning events and as such includes things such as approvals which may not be as relevant to a Group event. However they have been left on so that the tool remains comprehensive. It is designed to be used on a computer, however can be completed by pen and paper.
